I lead a team which is responsible for more than 200 payrolls a month. Together, we administer payments for organisations with workforces from one to 300 staff.

Having previously worked for Vickers plc as a personnel and payroll manager, I am able to offer clients comprehensive advice on all statutory requirements relating to PAYE, National Insurance and payroll matters.  My role also involves problem-solving, auditing and advising clients on appropriate IT systems.

Since setting up the payroll function with Brown Butler in the mid-1990s, I am very proud to say that my team has never missed a payroll deadline, with every employee on our clients’ books being paid on time.
